The Space: This cozy apartment is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay. Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver. For what I needed it for the place was great. Needs some maintenance here and there on a few things. One of the rooms has a window going into the atrium of the building. Light was pouring into my room while I tried to sleep. Black out curtains would have done wonders. Just minor things and for a few nights I could live with it. Pictures definitely make it look better than in person. Staff was the best part. Super helpful and friendly! ##### Chase S.
