The Space: This cozy apartment is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay. Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-7am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver. We attempted several times to resolve the issues we faced. Each time, we were told that the handyman had left for the day, given instructions on how to "work" the thermostat, and even asked if we had brought fans, with the suggestion that we should just open the door for fresh air. I was extremely frustrated by these responses. They claimed the handyman had "reset" the thermostat—whatever that meant—but thankfully, he did leave a fan for us.To add insult to injury, late yesterday they finally offered us a new place to stay. However, it was too little, too late. We were not going to leave the event we came to attend just to return, pack everything up, and check out the next morning.
