The Space: This cozy apartment is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay. A 10 minutes walk to Indianapolis Station. Next to TJ Maxx and the circle. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver. Easy walk using the sky bridge to stay indoors from the room to the CC. There’s also the convenience of being extremely close to multiple dining options (Cafe Patachou is a must btw, we ate there several times). It’s very quiet and peaceful with no elevator or foot traffic noise. The bldg is unique and we plan to stay again in the future.
