The Space: This cozy apartment is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay. One block from Indy’s Circle Center, Circle Centre Mall & the Statehouse Two blocks to the Indiana Convention Center & museums 5 minute walk to Gainbridge Fieldhouse 10 minute walk to Victory or Lucas Oil Stadium Getting Around: The unit is located in downtown Indianapolis. 18 minutes drive from IND-Indianapolis International Airport. A 10 minutes walk to Indianapolis Station. Next to TJ Maxx and the circle. Other Things to Note: No smoking, parties, pets Check-in 4 PM, check-out 11 AM ($75/hr late fee) $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors $200 penalty for lost key fobs No outside guests without permission One towel per guest per stay Valid photo ID required to complete the booking ESA (Emotional Support Animal): A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-7am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver. Being in the middle of all the downtown action was great for walking everywhere and having access to so many activities and food options. Would have preferred there were spices or condiments in the apartment so we could cook there without having to purchase so many extras. Just didn't seem equipped for the amount of beds or occupancy they promote. Door to balcony didn't have a deadbolt (key only and there was no key) and it wasn't locked.
