Clean building, room, & surrounding property. The staff was welcoming, polite & helpful. The room had had a kitchenette in it, which we did not use, but was pleasantly surprised that it was included. If or when we returned, it is something we would take advantage of. The room also had a full size refrigerator/freezer, which is very nice. The hotel location has plenty of food/ restaurants near bye and is located just off interstate 70, easy on/ off access

Had an issue with the toilet, which the staff worked quickly to put us in another room. Second room, the door secured but looked like it had been damaged at some point as there was a noticeable gap between the door and frame. Door secured and I didn't seek a room change. The staff were all very friendly and resolved our issue.

The room door was broken and would not open with the key. After 3 trips to front desk, the lady came up and opened the door and said just don't leave the room. I asked for a different room, and the only option she provided was not to leave our room!!!!
