"Stayed for 2 night with wife and kids. Family room was good, staff was very helpful and would defo stay again. Tram stop is a min walk and take you straight into old town. Excellent location as everything is there."
"The hotel is surrounded by beautiful views of the mountains and has access to water through the mountains. The area around the hotel is lovely. The only downside is that the hotel itself is very busy, the wait for dining options can be long, it is difficult to get a table, and it can be challenging to attract the attention of a waiter, as they are often too busy."
"From check in to check out everything was smooth, personally i would say it is a luxury five star resort however it was a pleasant stay for us and we will be back. We booked an extra day with city view and they allowed us to stay in our sea view room. Mini bar only has water, maybe they can consider adding soft drinks but not an issue as soft drinks are available in the bar downstairs. Staff helpful and overall a very nice holiday"
