No airport shuttle
The bedding was not very comfortable. The slightest movement made very loud rustling noises. We had to pay 12,000 won for a taxi to the airport even though our booking stated it was included. Definitely not worth the money.

The location of the hotel is great
It is not far away from the international airport, and the air condition is working well. They provide a large room space as well.

Gorgeous hotel
A lovely hotel with all facilities required. Very close to Unseo station and I didn’t have trouble finding it at midnight as I thought I might!

Run down, past it’s use by date
Reception not interested initially, room very basic, had to return to desk to get aircon turned on, hard beds, 1 channel tv, no light switch by bed, shower water all over bathroom floor, hotel in not very encouraging place for single woman

Adequate for one night stay
Had a long transit so stayed here for one night as it’s only 2 stops on the Airport Express. Lots of local restaurants (not all have English menu). Large supermarket also nearby. Hotel was basic, but did include heated mattresses, standing shower but with no separation so the whole bathroom floor became wet after use. Front desk staff had poor English.

Its a great location if you have a layover. The room was a good size, and the check in and out was very fast. The person at front desk spoke English which was plus. The hotel is also close to the train station so it's convenient. For the price, its worth the stay.

Perfect airport hotel. We came in at 1am after a day of delayed flights and loosing our luggage and just wanted to get to sleep. They gave us a clean and quiet room with no hassle.

Nice stay
The hotel is located near a metro station, which travels at Incheon Airport. Rooms are spacious and well furnished. The hotel staff was very helpful. The hotel provides a complimentary airport shuttle. The breakfast was good and sufficient.

We checked in late at night. Front desk was speedy. However the next day morning, I didn't expect the front desk (who speak little English) to call me a black taxi to airport which costed me 10,000 won.

Good for the night before a flight
Hotel Yeong Jeong is very close to Incheon Airport (one subway stop away) and not too far from the subway. The area is not very interesting, but does have a selection of restaurants, coffee shops, and similar. Check-in was fast. The room was small, but clean, with new furnishings. Very simple, but quite comfortable. Really, there isn't much to say. It's a clean, basic hotel good for spending a night before heading to Incheon.

I booked this hotel for my 21-hour layover at Incheon. It was great how easy it was to get to via taxi at midnight from the airport (probably cost $14). Front desk staff were SO nice. All spoke English very well and thoroughly answered any questions I had. Also had helpful maps and Seoul tour books. Free wifi, but only in the lobby, not in rooms. Super easy, <10 minute walk to subway. Takes about 45 minutes to get into Seoul via subway. Only costs a few dollars and the system was very well marked and easy to use. The room was somewhat sparse and the bed wasn't super comfortable. The lotion and body wash in the bathroom were in very old travel-size containers that appeared to have been refilled regularly instead of replaced. The bathroom contained 2 packets of shampoo and 2 packets of conditioner. Those sample size type ones where you tear off the top and squeeze it out. The neighborhood was very clean and safe, although certainly not a travel destination in itself. For my purpose, which was a clean bed to sleep in, the hotel was just fine. I wouldn't recommend it for a trip where you want to spend much time hanging out at your hotel. Functional, not frilly.

A comfortableand cheap room close to the airport
No frills, reasonably priced hotel. Room was nice and spacious, but otherwise the hotel's overall condition wasn't outstanding. Breakfast was weak, but extremely cheap at 6000 won ($6 US.) I'd stay here again for the convenience to Incheon airport, but don't consider it a destination in itself.

Conveniently close to the airport on a budget.
Our room was a typical studio apartment in Seoul. The room was clean when we arrived and check-in was quick. Beds are quite hard and bedding is thin but comes with a heating pad. Thankfully I had brought my own shampoo and conditioner as what was there was the bottom of the bottle. Possibly leftovers from the last guest? The hallway is noisy. I had to ask a group of guests to be quiet at midnight as they were running around screaming between rooms. Heard people coming and going all night. There isn't any coffee or tea provided in the room but there is a kettle. The front desk attendant did call us a cab when we checked out and it arrived in 2 minutes and shuttled us promptly to the airport. There are a few convenience stores and restaurants close by to walk to. For a cheap night close to the airport it would suffice.

The hotel was a bit shabby and not at all luxurious, but clean enough. The staff was very good and responded quickly to a noise complaint. It is very convenient for accessing Incheon airport and the neighborhood offers a decent number of restaurants with some English on the menu.

Was unsure when booking this as the Tripadvisor reviews were mixed. Glad I did book it, as for the price, it's a nice apartment hotel, newly built and very modern. Air Conditioned, well heated for winter and well equipped with a hob and pressure cooker. The TV has about 100 channels, with several in English. The hotel is just 2 mins walk from Unseo train station. Use the *local* Korail train 2 stops from the airport, cost is less than a can of coke and takes just four minutes. (Don't get the express train or you will see the hotel at 100mph!) The staff couldn't have been more helpful. Few of them speak English, but you can easily make yourself understood. The staff on the night shift were really helpful in finding a microwave for my tea.

I spent a night in this condo-like hotel before my departure to Canada and felt very cozy. Clean room and good service made me feel secure and the electronic heating mat on the bed gave extra warmness.

Close to airport (only two stops by train)
We had to stop over a week here due to an unplanned medical issue. I selected it off Expedia and was happy with the accomodation. Clean, nicely located (you can catch the train (to the Unsao train station-second stop on the Seoul line and five minutes walk from hotel) for $1 AUD. Staff were friendly and the room and bed clean (bit hard though). Internet wireless free and lots of restaurants close by for eating. Only problem was I got $400 stolen from my room. Dont leave your money in an unattended room. Staff were sorry but couldnt do a thing about it. Other than that I would recommend the hotel.

雲西站1號出走了約7分鐘便到達酒店，接待處是24小時的，價格也合理，對於要零晨入住或離開趕航班十分方便，地下有24小時e-market，房間大小可以，有足夠充電位置及插頭。 房間尚算整潔，但感覺床單被套及枕頭套沒有更換，因嗅到有枕頭上有異味，好像好久沒有洗頭的頭臭味，就是這點不太好，其他也滿意。
