방이 띱찝해요. 쎃렁하고 벽도 얇고.. 다른발 소리. 수건 청결상태등 거의 이전 여관수준. 특히 추웟어요.

2019년 08월 17일 호텔스닷컴으로 예약하고 호텔을 방문하였습니다. 호텔직원은 저의 예약내역이 없다고 하였고 제가 예약정보를 알려주겠다고 하였으나 예약을 확인 할 방법이 없다며 저에게 예약을 취소하라고 하였습니다. 굉장히 불친절했습니다. 호텔스닷컴 상담사를 연결하여 호텔직원을 바꿔주었고 그제서야 방 열쇠를 받을 수 있었습니다. 확인할 수 없었던 저의 예약이 상담사와의 통화 한통에 다시 확인이 가능해졌나 봅니다. 배정받은 방에 올라가서 문을 여니 방에 누군가의 옷가지와 짐들이 널부러져 있었습니다. 다른 투숙객이 묵고 있었던 방이였습니다. 해당 투숙객이 방을 잠시 비웠기에 망정이지 누군가 방에 있었다면 아찔했을 것입니다. 다시 로비로 내려가서 상황을 설명했습니다. 성의 없는 사과와 함께 새로 방 키를 받고 새 방으로 올라갔습니다. 새 방 욕실에는 앞에 묵었던 손님의 칫솔껍질이 그대로 있었고 에어컨의 리모컨은 작동되지 않았습니다. 이불속의 솜털은 어딘가로부터 계속 빠져나와서 온 방에 솜털이 날아다녔습니다. 숨 쉴때 마다 코로 솜털이 들어오는 느낌이였습니다. 더 이상 왔다갔다 말씨름하고 에너지를 소비하고싶지 않아 그냥 잤습니다.
