Getting Around: Imperial Beach is very walk-able! However a car is the best way to get around San Diego if you'll be exploring places outside of Imperial Beach. Uber / Lyfts are readily available if you aren't bringing your own car! Other Things to Note: Please note that the only way into the unit involves stairs - either from the garage or from the outside entrance. No pets allowed Please note, we provide a starter pack of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. For longer stays, we recommend bringing your own toiletries, as these supplies are not replenished during your stay. Guests may have packages delivered to the property during their reservation dates. However, we strongly advise coordinating deliveries for when you are on-site to receive them. The host cannot be held responsible for any packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged prior to or during your stay. We require all guests to sign a Good Neighbor Policy document prior to staying. We do enforce their policy so it must be signed in order to receive checkin info, but we will make it super easy for you to initial and sign :) It can all be done online. Less than a block from the beach and minutes away from multiple restaurants and pubs by walking. The property was clean and the kitchen was well equipped with basic pots, pans, amd cooking utensils. It was nice being able to cook when I did not want to eat out. The owner was very responsive and helped me work through a couple issues in the booking and payment process. The kitchen with all its amenities was well equipped which made it nice to make and have a family dinner together. Having a washer and dryer and garage to park the car was amazing! The master bedroom is laking in privacy due to the loft room. The kitchen and living area were great for family being together. However, it was loud during the day due to construction on a nearby building resulting in dust and debris on the porch which made it unusable.
