"This is a hidden gem. It is outside the city walls, which may seem like a far walk - but it is only 10-15 minutes to the very center, and the area is very safe. The hotel is well-appointed and the breakfast is lovely European style. But what makes this stand out is the front desk - the staff were amazing - Claudio and Laura helped us every day with excellent suggestions for meals - every one was a winner! They went out of their way to make us feel welcome. It made it feel personal even tho it is a hotel. I would definitely go again "

"Warm welcome, clean room and bathroom, AC worked great, breakfast had a large assortment of fresh fruit, cake, meat, breads etc. There is a nice patio off the bar to relax outside. Everything I needed and very warm people serving at the bar and breakfast. Great stay."

"Very clean and comfortable room. Front desk staff were friendly and fast at check in and check out. Had an excellent dinner in the restaurant. Be aware that the hotel is a 15 minute walk from the nearest bus stop, and with the current construction on the roads in between, this walk is over uneven terrain that will be challenging with heavy bags. So, highly recommended but caveat emptor if you're not arriving by car."

"My children and I had a really nice stay at Imola, the hotel has a great cafe next door and a laundromat that’s impeccable and modern. The neighborhood is quiet and really nice. The little cafe next door has people hanging out at 11pm."
