Upon investigation it show that you book in our Iloilo Branch and you go to our Bacolod Branch with you dont have booking there and it was fullybooked already

the place is budget friendly.. very helpful and accomodating staff esp the front desk and housecleaning staff.. the room we stayed in for two weeks was room 302A at the third floor and it was satisfying..if ur not so sensitive i think ull like the place..

Windows with locks
I had a solo bed in a room with fan (Room 517) But windows are locked and it was so hot. I struggled with heat, reported to staff and were very helpful in opening the windows. Had a better air from outside coming in. Managed to get some sleep.

The room is clean but its too far. Its on the 5th floor and i have to walk thru stairs from 1st to 5th floor. Its not relaxing at all.

Likes: 1. Economical 2. Location is accessible to malls, market and transportaion. 3. Clean 4. Service is satisfactory For Improvement: 1. Towels are old as in old, dirty white. 2. One Sofa in the lobby, need to be replaced. Dirty, too old and need for makeover, not presentable to guests, especially to foreigners.

This place is good for a low cost budget accomodation,For single, Couple or Groupie they have a place for you, not so much with the amenities., the canteen however is kinda cheap but taste awesome. If you prefer some local delicacies or home cook food theres a lot of resto when you go outside, better ask the staff and they will guide you. All staff are great and generous. Over all! my stay for 3 days is good but not very good.

No available parking. Service is extremely slow. We had to wait for more than 20 minutes for our checkout, just to be humiliated by their staff yelling that our room is missing an extra towel that they never issued in the first place. We ended up having to show them the contents of our bag while we are running late for a hearing.
