Dear Mr Dominik, With this letter we would like to take the opportunity to thank you for taking the time to let us know about your stay in Olympia Riviera & Aqua Park. We truly welcome and value your comments as direct feedback always helps us to try harder, in order to improve our services. We are disappointed we did not exceed your expectations as we always try to do with our guests and would like to express our apologies for any inconvenience caused during your stay with us. All our rooms have been recently refreshed and we will continue improving them. Our house keeping department is giving their 100% in order all of our rooms to be perfect maintained and ready to be used from our guests. Family rooms are all located on the ground floor for the safety of the children. All of our rooms have sea view including our family rooms, but at the end of the day it is not always 100% possible to meet the various expectations and perceptions that our guests have regarding the view. We take all necessary measures for ant’s protection but sometimes it seems to be the right environment. We are an environmentally friendly company and we do not use heavy chemicals to extinguish them. The comment regarding the value of the room is only your personal point of view and not the view of our thousands guests visiting our hotel every year and for sure not the view of our repeaters who evaluate us daily and have ranked us in the best hotel companies in Greece. Once again I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your feedback and to apologize for any dissatisfaction experienced.
