Ancient Olympia site but this hotel isn't ancient
Stayed there to visit the ancient olympic site, the hotel was amazing, massive rooms and balcony, close to shops and the olympic site. Massive swimming pool and we were met by staff willing to go the extra mile to assist us with our stay. Breakfast was great with a lots of options to cater for everyone's needs.

the indoor pool was closed during our stay and this was the main reason we chose the hotel. Also, the configuration of the bathroom was a tub shower without shower curtain or door. Dining choices were very poor.

Top of the hill
One night stay while visiting Olympia. At the top of a steep hill on the outskirts which has advantages, beautiful views and peaceful, and disadvantages, a bit of a trek from the centre of town, always up, if you decide to walk into town for an evening meal, although we can recommend the buffet dinner at the hotel

Nice quiet spacious and modern
Nice hotel above the town of Olympia. Seems to cater primarily to bus tours. Spacious rooms plainly furnished with nice sized balcony. If you are looking for charming, it does not fit the bill. Our biggest complaint was the shower/bath with no shower curtain and step into a tub which was about 2' high or more! Decent breakfast buffet. Adjacent to hotel with very nice restaurant a short walk away. Otherwise, restaurants, shops and sightseeing best reached by car.

Excellent beach access. I am pleasantly surprised that it is an all included hotel with breakfast, lunch and dinner. Great food. Great value.

Great hotel with views
You need a car to get back to Olympia, but everything you need for a pleasant stay is here. Two pools, clean, big and beautiful. Excellent breakfast, and we ate all three nights in the hotel buffet because it was such good value

My husband and I stayed 1 night at the Arty Grand. Highlight of the hotel was the indoor pool- was lovely and warm, relaxing and peaceful. Downsides were the breakfast - cereal was stale, the "sugar free" orange juice tasted like syrup and water, and the shower head which was handheld didn't have any attachment to put it on the wall so was a little tricky showering. Other than that, we had a pretty relaxing stay. Is in a very quiet area though so you would want to have a car I find staying here.

Excellent location close to Ancient Olympia. The rooms are comfortable - the only downside is the lack of a conventional shower (spa bath and hose provided).

Convenient and comfortable hotel
Very comfortable and great service. The room was spacious and the bathroom had a spa! The food was buffet style, lots of choice and inexpensive. Walking distance to ancient Olympic site.

Excellent stay
Friendly helpful staff. Rooms were spacious and clean, and breakfast was of high standard with panoramic views of olympia. Be careful of the bees when eating outside! Great pool and sauna downstairs dont miss it.

A hotel that is for sure above average
The main problem was that there is no soundproof between the rooms. This means that in the morning you wake up by the noise of other people in the next rooms. I could hear them turning on/off the lamp in the middle of the night!

The hotel was a welcome surprise, an oasis on the hill above Olympia. Great service at a reasonable price.

The room was nice and big plenty of room for me my wife and kid. the room was clean but it had a unpleasant smell about it but we were there only for one night so no big deal. The shower screen was broken and the seal was coming off

Comfortable hotel near ancient Olympia
We appreciate the receptionist at this hotel for working things out for is upon arrival even though there was an error with our booking date that was no fault of the hotel. He graciously accommodated us and made sure we were taken care of. The room was spacious enough for the 3 of us for the night. The breakfast was very limited in options, but the cook was kind enough to cook us fresh eggs at our request. The hotel location is very close to ancient Olympia if you have a car like we did. The only problem is that their air conditioning doesn't work as most of Greece seems to have this problem during the low season. We had to sleep with the patio door open to keep the room cool enough to sleep.

The hotel was in perfect location, very clean and nice. BUT the airconditioning was a bit noisy and we had to move to a suite where there was no noise from airconditioning.

Great stay in Olympia.
This hotel is close to Ancient Olympia, had free parking, free wifi in the room, and an affordable and delicious dinner buffet. Their heated indoor pool was wonderful, but unfortunately, children are allowed only between 12p-3p, which is a bummer if you want to take the kids after a long day of walking around Ancient Olympia. The walls in the room are pretty thin; the next door neighbors and people walking outside could be easily heard. The rooms were otherwise very nice, spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the service was exceptional.

The hotel was modern and clean with a great pool. The staff was super accommodating and friendly and the location was perfect for seeing Ancient Olympia and shopping downtown. It's up on a hill, so it's quiet and the breakfast was top notch.

Very nice hotel located close by to historic sites
The hotel is located close (by car) to historic site and the downtown area. The rooms are very nice (we were upgraded to a very large suite) and clean. The hotel has a good sized pool but keep in mind that many families with children stay at this hotel (or at least they were when we visited) so the pool and the surrounding area are a bit crowded.

Five stars? No way.
The hotel was very nice on one level, but we were very disappointed overall, considering this was supposed to be five stars. Our booking promised all sorts of things - bathrobes, coffee maker, iPod player and lots of other stuff, none of which was available in our room. When I complained I was met with indifference and told this was only available if you booked a suite. The fact that I produced the printout showing what I was supposed to get was met with a shrug. Also when we arrived laden with three cases, there was no porter to help - we were were simply pointed along a corridor and had to lug the bags ourselves. There was also a wedding on while we were there and when we returned from dinner we were informed that the bar was closed except for wedding guests. When we complained they apologised and sent us bucks fizz, but it clearly demonstrated the inexperience and lack of training of the staff. Also be aware that the hotel is over 1km from Olympia up a very steep, winding, narrow road. It has the potential to be nice hotel, but five stars? You've got to be kidding.

Ideal um Olympia zu besichtigen, neuer SPA Bereich
Das Hotel ist bereits etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das ist der Einrichtung auf den ersten Blick anzusehen. Der SPA Bereich wurde modernisiert und ist sicher etwas vom Besten in diesem Hotel. Für das Abendessen wird ein Buffet serviert. Tische hat es nur für Gruppen, was unweigerlich ein Massentourismus Feeling aufkommen lässt. Für ein Paar, das die Zweisamkeit sucht definitiv nicht geeignet. So sind den die meisten Touristen hier auch in Bussen mit Gruppenreisen unterwegs. Ansonsten ist die Lage des Hotels ideal, da sehr nah vom antiken Olympia gelegen. 5 Sterne sind doch etwas hochgegriffen, das Preis Leistung Verhältnis aber stimmt.

Very nice hotel. Nice dinner buffet. Great location, very close to Olimpia’s archeological site. The indoor pool should be opened much more time though, we arrived late and was already closed and the open it very late (12 pm) the next day.
