"The hotel made sure to mention that English was available and the staff spoke it, but I only met one person who spoke English when I was checking out. That being said, I didn’t have too much trouble communicating. The view from the balcony is amazing and a 12/10. The hotel definitely seemed older than they let on with the pictures but otherwise a clean bed and towels. My issue is that the air conditioner did not work and two of the three lights in the room did not function. Difficult to shower...

"Everything was perfect. The hotel is beatiful, has a beach just in front. When I get they I realized my tire was flat. The guys from the hotel took my car to fix it while I was out in a boat trip, they were simply amazing. Very good breakfast. Their restaurant water front is also very good. Meu marido e eu voltamos a este hotel desde que o descobrimos durante a covid em 2019. O lugar é o nosso \`happy place\`. O ambiente é muito tranquilo. O restaurante tem comida ótima e o chef é muito simpática. Agora oferece aulas de ioga todas as manhãs e serviço de massagens. Não há razão para sair! No entanto, a área tem ótimas trilhas para caminhadas e Camburi conta com excelentes restaurantes. "

"Travelled with 2 adults and 2 kids. Got a double room. Lots of space, beautiful pool. Excellent chef! Unfortunately there was an issue with the plumbing and our toilet flooded twice. The hotel asks you to put your used toilet paper in the garbage -while gross this apparently is standard in Brazil. We did that the whole time yet it still flooded. Which was gross. The hotel was really good about it and moved us to another room but it was a major inconvenience. "

"Hotel bom, um pouco antigo. O quarto que fiquei tinha uma varanda mas a lâmpada estava queimada. Reclamei e disseram que a manutenção só está lá de seg a sexta. O hotel é bem limpo, principalmente o quarto. A piscina estava turva e a água verde nos 2 dias que estive lá. Tive um problema pessoal durante minha estadia e o pessoal do hotel me deu total suporte. Destaque pra Marina da recepção. Obrigada !"
