"This stay was so much fun stay, starting with the quick checkin to a nice big room with balcony facing the plaza, listening to music from the plaza. The following morning started with a smiley face cappuccino and a nice breakfast buffet . Back at the room, opening the balcony door and listening to music on the plaza. The staff was always nice and helpful, the room very clean, the location perfect, walking to many restaurants and attractions."

Ac at first wasnt working but after talking to front desk they fixed it and also sink in bathroom was fixed as well. Overall It was great location and amazing helpful staff but wish housekeeping was doing its job. Seems like they dropped fresh towels and left. No cleaning , vacuuming or mopping was done and visible trash on the floor from previous tenants was left. I liked closed location to the SMN train station and public transportation was great."

We have to sleep to TV, but they are getting them soon. Otherwise, I cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay. We will be back!"

"This hotel, located on the banks of river Arno is one of the best hotels I stayed at. It has all the modern amenities and yet has an old world charm about it. Exceptional staff and service! Rooms were spacious and made twice a day. Staff were courteous and helpful at all times. Breakfast was great. Easy to get around on foot as most places are within walking distance. Check in and check out were flawless. If I ever come back to Florence I will stay here."
