There were frequent power outages during my stay, often leaving me in complete darkness for several minutes before the generator kicked in. On two occasions, I was given visibly dirty towels, which had to be replaced. The bathroom was poorly stocked with the cheapest quality toilet paper, and the shower pressure was so weak it was barely functional. Most concerning, I experienced constant itching after lying in the bed, which raised questions about cleanliness and hygiene. For over £500 for a 3-night stay, this was absolutely not value for money. I was relieved to leave and would not recommend this hotel under any circumstances."
