(512 reviews) From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we were warmly welcomed by a lovely lady who assisted us with all the formalities. Our room was in excellent condition with a beautiful sea view and was cleaned daily. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast throughout our stay. The swimming pool and Jacuzzi were fantastic, and we also spent some relaxing time at the bar. I would like to thank the staff, who always greeted us with a warm smile, making our stay even more enjoyable. The only improvement I would suggest is better signage to the reception. While it’s fairly obvious, it can be a bit confusing. We spent some time figuring it out, especially since the automatic door took a while to open. (101 reviews) Ok I know this is a 3 star hotel but the beds and pillows are the worse I have ever experienced at any hotel. Hard bed and the thinnest pillows ever. We upgraded to “all inclusive” but only breakfast was included at this hotel. Even though they have a snack bar with drinks and snacks available, we were told we’d have to pay or take a shuttle to one of there 4 other hotels in the area to eat or drink. Ridiculous policy. The staff were all great and the property is well maintained however everything is very old and in need of renovations.
