Independent seafront villa with private pool on Crete just steps away from Ferma beach, on the southern part of the island. Villa Kalliste has 8 bedrooms (7 in the main villa and 1 in the annex) and can accommodate up to 16 people. It offers beautiful sea views. The interiors are decorated and furnished with unique pieces and paintings by important high level Italian artists.  
The town of Ferma has many small tavernas and restaurants, and is easily reached by walking down the main street.  
At guests’ disposal: private pool with sea view; large verandas and patio with living and outdoor dining areas; barbecue; large garden; beach access via a path and about 30 meters of stairs; parking for 4 cars; Wifi internet.  
  
Distances: Ferma (shops of all kinds) 500 meters away; Knossos Palace 110 km; Heraklion (airport) 120 km.
