They were not there and the space was ready for us that entire hour of waiting! We really would have appreciated the message, but instead sat and waited in the snow. Very quiet at night, and great walks in the area. But as per some previous reviews, several things could be addressed. A shabby shack Nothing is good about this home. It needs to be remodeled and should not be a rental for anyone. Was very close to other houses so not remote. Well appointed except there were no coffee filters for the coffee maker which was a bummer. Overall was a nice cabin.
