It’s a cute property without any amenities. We had severe weather where our room had hail and rain inside. Our window had a large crack which I reported immediately to the front desk. We did have to evacuate due to the tornado destroyed the property. The manager said we would be refunded.

Jessica and the other girl in the office ( I regret I didn’t get her name) were awesome! They really helped me out with special request and were life savers in doing so. Thank you girls! Appreciate you so much. It really helped that the room was very clean and comfortable for my son and wife and their little kids.

I enjoyed my short stay at Hochatown Lodge. The rooms are nice, and it has a cozy, laid-back atmosphere. The staff were great at suggesting where to eat and even what to do in the area for New Year's Eve. It is located near a great state park.

Business traveler so expected a working desk.no b’fast. Staff was friendly, room clean. Basically a bedroom and bathroom. No other traveling amenities. I would stay here again for business purposes but would work okay if needed a clean room while vacationing in the area.

The top lock on the door didnt work, the blow dryer didnt work and management turned off the water without notice when i needed to shower before a funeral (my purpose for the stay).

It’s just ok. No curtains on the windows, just blinds so it’s quite bright in the rooms at night. No breakfast, and the water was just barely more than tepid.

The front-desk receptionist was competent, accommodating, friendly, cheerful, courteous, & efficient. /// The hotel room was good quality for the price that I paid. The room’s two beds were huge, with firm mattresses and lots(!) of pillows (which I really appreciated). Everything in the room was very clean. The linens were cool and fresh.

We had a fantastic weekend getaway at the Hochatown lodge with our two kids. The location was perfect, being so close to the lake, state parks, and restaurants. We loved how convenient it was to explore the surroundings. The lodge itself was impeccably clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were incredibly comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep for the whole family. And let's talk about the shower pressure—it was absolutely amazing! It's always a pleasant surprise to find a hotel with great water pressure. Overall, we had a wonderful time and highly recommend the Hochatown lodge for its cleanliness, convenient location, and comfortable amenities

This review is not valid as the guest did not stay at our facility. It was a no show, and our cancellation policy is very clear. We do charge for no shows and that was the case here. Please remove this review, due to never being on property this is inaccurate and should be removed.
