Close to the old town, nice amenities
Close to the old town, nice view of the sea from the suite. Friendly front desk and accommodating. We couldn't sleep too well because you could hear water in the pipes, the walls were thin and you could hear guests next door as well as in the floor above you. There didn't seem to be air conditioning on (we knew that it was winter and heating was a priority) but we were not able to adjust the temperature as much as we would have liked and it meant uncomfortable sleep. Wanted to rate the place much higher but didn't sleep too well so could not.

Excellent hotel in a prime location with fantastic sea views. Size of rooms also impressive. Only disappointment was restaraunt and room service was not available after 6pm on Sunday but that would not prevent us recommending or returning.

Lovely hotel on the water- beautiful view from. Balcony and rooftop.warm and welcoming staff- especially Naomi. Minimalist white interior was restful and appropriate for the location. Only downside was noise from other rooms and hallway

Great place Great Service Great view!
Excellent property! I visited with my daughter in November. This was one of the best hotels I've stayed in. The room was large and comfortable and the view was fantastic. The terrace roof is like a luxury cruise boat with lots of deck chairs, hot tub and other loungers with a great view but not as crowded. We had a great stay and the price was very reasonable for all that is offered. The guy at the front desk was phenomenal. He went above and beyond to help us out. I hope to come back again soon.

Fantastic suites located on the sea front in Ibiza town. Highly recommend this site. However, I didn’t receive any of the benefits that Expedia says I would get with gold status. No room upgrade, no late checkout (asked and was declined even tho hotel isn’t full) no sparkling wine (gold perk)

Everything was great with the exception of the bed bug that we found on the last day. After notifying the front desk, house keeping came up to my room, looked at it and said “Let me get some spray”.

The room and the sea view was amazing. One downfall would be the bed. It was two twin put together. It kept on separating. The blanket should be more thicker as it was thin and too small for two people.

The room was as pictured - light and clean and spacious, unfortunately it was on a low floor (the lowest level which was 1) so right next to the restaurant which meant no privacy on the balcony to enjoy the views (you could literally see what people had on their plates for lunch) and all you could hear was the music from there (although the noise proofing once the patio doors were closed was excellent so it did not interfere with sleeping). The security door at the end of the corridor was very close to our room and used frequently which meant quite a bit of slamming of this which woke us a couple of times, also led to not feeling very secure as seemed to be a thoroughfare to the outside even though it said emergency on it! I understand why as the hotel layout is weird with the lift being the only way you can access some parts(and so you had to wait ages for it sometimes)

This was perfect for our stay. It's very accessible to old town where you need to go to eat !! And only 10€ cab to all the show venues. Great (cheap) scooter rental across the road from it and views of the bay unobstructed. Get the view !! Waking up everyday to that was incredible. The rooms are also massive 1 bedroom apartments fully outfitted and the gym is massive !!

AMAZING HOTEL
As a professional who travels and stays in hotels across the globe over 200 nights a year, I use hotel.com to collect the reward nights. 'This hotel is phenomenal, great location, amazing service. And this hotel is not even part of the hotel.com VIP gold member exclusive, and it's worth it. Although hotel.com itself has declined greatly, the deals are now often the worst rooms in the hotel, hotels are not aware of the VIP member exclusive, and we never receive "guarantee late check out." at any of the gold exlsuive member hotels.

Our room was stunning and had an incredible seaview. Unfortunately, the main downside for me was the location of the A/C - it was blowing right at our heads and we both got sick during our trip. Sleeping with windows open isn't an option as there is a noisy bar 2 meters away from the hotel, but once we got sick we had to. So we had to go and buy earplugs. A lot of people come to this hotel to party, so we also had a couple of sleepless nights

This hotel knows nothing about customer service. Mosquitos everywhere and no parking. The rooms dont look like pictures its very cheap compared to ots price. And more importantly no staff to even take ur bags or help. Very disappointing hotel i dont recommend that anyone books in it

The style of the hotel and room was modern and a great location. Small little things made a big difference, with a free drink on arrival, use of towels to take on the rooftop and down to the beach. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating.
