Hotel was amazing and so new only thing that could be improved is the cushions on bed for extra comfort but amazing all around and spa is beautiful I’ll be back in summer
We had an issue with the jacuzzi in our room , and they changed our room immediately . The staff was extremely nice and helpful in tourist info . They allowed us a late check out. Vicinities was clean and beautifully modern inside . Defiantly a hotel I would go back to
The staff were pleasant, the property looked smart, location was great but there are definitely some teething problems, like the smell from the drain in the shower, however the main one is that it needs at least another 20 floors to not hear the noise from the adjoining club below. It starts at midnight & goes on till 5am, so not the peaceful break away that I was expecting!
Hotel felt very classy and clean. Reception staff so well and friendly. However minor flaws: dirty.coffee cup in my room is still there when i checked.out today. Some spa facilities are out of order and staff rarely there.
Ot’s a very good located hotel. Very nice room, very clean. I juts didn’t like the TV wich it doesn’t many chanel options. There should be english chanels.
