We had an issue with the jacuzzi in our room , and they changed our room immediately . The staff was extremely nice and helpful in tourist info . They allowed us a late check out. Vicinities was clean and beautifully modern inside . Defiantly a hotel I would go back to

Hotel felt very classy and clean. Reception staff so well and friendly. However minor flaws: dirty.coffee cup in my room is still there when i checked.out today. Some spa facilities are out of order and staff rarely there.
