La peor experiencia de mi vida. COCINA: - En las fotos te venden una cocina limpia, excelente y en buen estado. La realidad es que están los armarios tapiados, no hay utensilios y, lo más importante,la cocina está en EL EXTERIOR! Si llueve comemos empapados de agua, por no decir del microondas lleno de agua (nos podíamos electrocutar fácilmente). Paellas quemadas, viejas, un cuchillo totalmente roto, etc. BAÑO: - Compartido, lógicamente. Lleno de vomitados de gente y con un gran olor a orina. Arañas y hormigas. Ducha que se caía a trozos y agua atascada ya que no se filtraba al estar lleno de arena y pelo. HABITACIÓN: - Para nada las que aparecen en las fotos. No hay ni un mueble de madera marrón, todos los muebles son azules y rotos, sin estar en buenas condiciones. Mantas sin lavar y sábanas que dejan mucho que desear, por no decir de lo incómoda que fue la cama. AMBIENTE: - Buena ubicación, cerca de la playa. El apartamento está centrado para gente que quiera hacer fiestas y pasarlo bien, ya que no te dejan dormir en toda la noche si lo que quieres es tranquilidad. PROPIETARIOS: - No los ves en ningún momento. Las llaves te las dan en el hostal de al lado y se libran de toda queja que puedes tener ya que dicen que no tienen nada que ver con el alojamiento. Cero comunicación con ninguno de ellos. NOS VENDEN LA MOTO: - No hay ni televisión, ni vistas a la piscina, ni cocina en buen estado. No hay utensilios para ducharse ni nada para poder cocinar.
Baño lleno de mugre y vomitado.
Toda la cocina negra junto con las paellas. Muy antiguo.
Muebles muy dañados en el exterior. Sin limpiar.
Cocina inundada si llueve. Para nada igual que en las fotos. Microondas lleno de agua.

Experiencia para no repetir
Una de las peores experiencias de mi vida , nada más llegar me doy cuenta que las fotos no corresponde con la realidad, la cocina da asco, literal. No cocinaría ni una tostada , vitrocerámica sucia de hace meses , el menaje lleno de polvo y suciedad, te quedas pegado en el suelo de la cocina, la nevera huele mal porque los huéspedes se creen que es una fiesta , nada tapado e higiene nula, el congelador tiene suciedad, resto de bebida y comida abierta, quiere decir que tenemos un problema de contaminación cruzada y alimentaria, no hay control por parte de la empresa en subsanar dicho problema porque comentarios anteriores la moraleja es parecida , ... tuve que irme un día antes, y perder el coste de una noche , me puse en contacto con la persona que se encarga de dicho hostel y me respondía que no hubiera ido y que yo no llevaba razón, y luego me entero que tardó menos de 40 minutos en ir ella por su propio pie a hacer revisión tras cuestionarme lo comunicado, y se puso a limpiarlo ella, se le olvidó limpiar los baños que uno estaba roto y el otro resbaladizo y oliendo desagradable. Lo único positivo la posibilidad de usar lavadora sin coste

La peor estancia de mi vida
Verdaderamente una experiencia horripilante. Una falta total de respeto. Para comenzar la dirección que figura en la pagina no coincide coincide con el lugar físico del hotel y no hay nada que indique su nombre o como llegar a quienes le manejan la recepción, la administración del lugar es manejada por sunset hotel que se encuentra en la otra cuadra, por lo cual al llegar de noche, nosotros estuvimos preguntando por los alrededores y dando vueltas con todo el equipaje durante dos horas hasta que casualmente preguntamos en el sunset hotel y nos dijeron que ellos le hacían el favor a guest house ibiza de recibir a la gente, pero no hacían responsables de nada, por lo cual nos dieron un habitación sin aire acondicionado, cosa que estaba incluido en el precio de la habitación, el dormitorio apestaba a olor a humedad y encierro, sumado a los 40 grados de temperatura. En fin, 0% recomendable

A favor decir que la encargada de la limpieza era muy agradable y hacia bien su labor, pese a que la presencia de insectos ( a ratos cercano a plagas de hormigas voladoras y alguna otra araña ) en baño y zonas comunes, e incluso alguna hormiga en la habitación, es bastante complicado debida a que está situado al lado de un terreno. En contra decir, además de los insectos, el servicio de wifi nulo totalmente ( imposible navegar por internet, únicamente te deja usar WhatsApp y de aquellas maneras), en segundo lugar que no hay ninguna tele ( aunque vayas de vacaciones algún rato no viene mal, y más si no va el wifi!!! ), Y por último y lo más negativo el hecho de que la zona común (baños y cocina) puede acceder cualquiera de la calle al estar la puerta de la calle abierta las 24 horas, vamos que es común para todo Ibiza, por suerte durante nuestra estancia no hubo ningún altercado ni problema que reseñar pero... Es para planteárselo. En definitiva, idóneo si vas con los amigos a salir de fiesta y desfasar sin importarte el bullicio y el desfase, pero nada recomendable si vas en plan pareja o plan tranquilo.
