"Everything about this hotel was excellent, including a clean and well appointed room, the many onsite food and drink options, nice access to the beach, tiki hut with live music, clean hotel areas and really nice staff. The Cocoa Beach area, however, had much to be desired. There really wasn't a lot to do outside of the hotel (already had great access to the beach) and in general the area is a bit rundown and dated."
