L'appartement est fonctionnel, il ne nous a rien manqué durant notre semaine à 4\. Le lit et le canape lit sont confortables. Le soleil ne donne jamais directement dans les portes fenêtres, nous pouvions ainsi garder le frais dans l'appartement. Les transats mis à disposition pour la piscine est bien pratique. La résidence est calme et bien entretenue. L'appartement est bien situé à une quinzaine de minutes à pied de la plage de l'Almanarre ou de la plage de la Badine. Nous avions loué des vélos ce qui nous a permis de circuler plus librement toute la semaine (même jusque Hyères). Notre coup de coeur de la semaine, le sentier du littoral côté ouest avec ces criques et points de vue magnifiques. Le canapé du salon manque de confort pour un couchage supplémentaire. Fleur qui nous a accueillis était très disponible et à notre écoute. Nous pourrions revenir avec les éléments de confort en plus. A noter que la piscine est fermée à partir du 15 septembre. Un petit nid bien propre, avec de la place, dans un parc vraiment magnifique. Nous n avons pas utilise la voiture, tout est proche a pieds. Beaucoup d activites jour et soir. L'appartement est bien équipé, nous avons apprécié la machine à laver et le lave vaisselle. La grande terrasse à l'abri est magnifique! Le cadre est très joli: calme, au milieu des arbres, avec accès à une grande piscine. Le complexe d'appartement se trouve à 10 minutes à pieds du village de Giens et à une vingtaine de minutes de la plage la plus proche, mais à 5 -10 minutes en voiture de toutes les plages de la presqu'île. Parfait pour vivre dehors en terrasse. Tous commerces proches. Proprietaires tres sympas et de bon conseil ##### laurent g. ### 6/10 Okay #### Tiphanie C., Neuchâtel 16 Oct 2018 #### Appartement donnant sur le magnifique jardin de la résidence Propriétaire très arrangeant et sympathique qui a su nous rassurer sur cette première location de "particulier à particulier". La résidence est magnifique et au calme, bien que nous ayons souffert de la prolifération des moustiques. L'appartement était dans un état de propreté correcte malgré quelques petites choses à épousseter. Il possède une très belle terrasse et une cuisine bien équipée. Il manquerait peut-être des meubles pour dîner à l'intérieur lors des fraîches soirées de septembre. En dehors de ces petits détails, nous avons passé un bon séjour. ##### Tiphanie C. Parc fermé ou ils peuvent jouer et profiter de la piscine très calme. Tout est calme d'ailleurs, le parc est magnifique, on vit sur l'immense terrasse exterieure de l'appartement. Les plages proches à pieds, ainsi que les courses. Les vélos livrés par locabike, un bon conseil du propriétaire. La chambre parent est top confort, avec lit 1,60m et un super matelas. Le salon est vaste, cuisine bien équipée. Tout est très mignon, quasi neuf. Reposant pour tout le monde ##### Marc C. ---
