"Poor management. People keep banging the doors at mid night for no reason. They mentioned breakfast is included but they charge extra for it. Early check in or late checkout by even 1 min will cost extra money which i have never seen at any other properties "

"Property is listed with AC and free breakfast, but none of them were available. When enquired, the response was unprofessional. I was not expecting this kind of disconnect between what's listed in Expedia and the real perks at the hotel."

"Booked on Expedia and upon reaching the hotel around 9pm the checkin was refused.
Made us to pay cash double the amount with a new reservation. Hotel says reservation not confirmed but my card charged. Also no response to Expedia by hotel for enquiry.
It’s a scam hotel . "
