Nice Location but Terrible Rooms

The Location of the hotel is nice but the rooms are terrible though they have renovated but you will find the rooms are dirty at the corners the carpets are also in pretty bad shape etc... Bathroom also has the same story fixtures are not working properly. I think Justa management should really look into it may be the renovation did not work but can rebuild the whole property for good reasons. i have stayed in other Justa hotels in different cities and those are good. Customer should feel satisfied for the bucks they charge. Hotel Justa Hyderabad should raise the bar to compete.

Good place

I stayed here three days as I was preparing to leave the country. The AC to the rooms are fixed to disallow adjustment. One room was not working. The other only partially okay. Breakfast buffet was outstanding, though the table clothes were always very dirty. The staff was super friendly and always responded as best as they could to anything I requested. I was extremely pleased with all the staff. Nothing really in walkable distance from there. But it was overall a pleasant stay. The discount through hotels.com made it a reasonable purchase - otherwise, their regular tariff would have been excessive.

Look elsewhere!

Not at all what the pictures look like. The bathroom was very old, moldy smell and did not feel clean at all. Room was dark and dingy, breakfast was not appealing and didn't look very hygienic. Not sure why its rated so high on this website but its misleading at a 3.9 hotel. Cheap place to stay but for a little more find something else.

Hotel situé dans un quartier peu agréable sans aucun restaurant ou magasin ou taxi.ma chambre étant sombre avec vue sur un mur,j ai payé un surclassement pour une chambre spacieuse et claire avec une vue partielle sur le lac.le personnel est efficace et accommodant.ne prenez pas leur option aéroport qui est exagérément chére. la restauration est sous forme de buffet ou Room service à la carte

Staff friend, food good but often noisy

Positives: Friendly helpful staff. The food was surprisingly good. Downsides: The hotel was often noisy at night because they often had weddings or family events in the restaurant in the third floor. On a couple of occasions, the partygoers/wedding guests were noisy until well after 1am. It's a shame many of the rooms do not have proper windows.

Would stay again.

We arrived in the early hours of the morning and on check in were apologetically told one of the rooms we booked was unavailable due to a water leak. The manager had arranged for two of us to stay at a different hotel; we were personally escorted there and returned in the morning for breakfast. We had booked a budget room which was basic but good. Our second night our rooms were upgraded to male up for tge previous night. The new rooms were lovely and spacious, one even had a bath, the other a separate lounge. Both had a nice view overlooking the lake and included free WiFi. Breakfast was a delicious buffet of mainly Indian food and some continental. We found the staff friendly and helpful, and would definitely stay again if we return to Hyderabad.
