"Nice buffet breakfast, everything was great except for our TV remote had an issue with changing channels. It wouldn't respond or was very laggy. Also, I didn't like how the LCD control panel display for the lights stayed illuminated all night, both the main one and the one by the nightstand. I was able to block the nightstand one with a card holder, but I could do nothing about the main one. "

It’s about a 15 minute walk from the bullet train station so be mindful of that if you’re hauling around luggage, the sidewalks are not luggage friendly. "Staff are very professional and kind. Rooms are generally quiet. The cleaning crew does a great job. Everything you need is here. Restaurants and stores are a bit far away but walking/taxi/bus/subway are your options. I like walking so it was fine. There are some parks to exercise nearby too. Rooms/carpets are getting a little wear but overall an excellent hotel, I would stay here again."
