This house is a family house whose roots grow on love, tradition, and hard work. It is traditionally built from stones that were collected from our land. Every stone had to be specially carved to fit and molded together into the house. This house was renovated in 2020, with an intention to serve as a retreat to guests who respect nature, enjoy the beautiful views, and need some peaceful and meaningful time away. The house has a free parking area. Our property features three completely separated apartments. This apartment is on the lowest level of our property and is secluded from the other apartments with its private entrance, private outdoor grill and private patio area that includes dining area, pool table and sunbeds. This area has a magical sea and village view and calls for beautiful and peaceful sunset views. The apartment can accommodate four people, it is completely air-conditioned and features an equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, and a kettle. There is a seating area in the kitchen as well. The apartment includes 2 bedrooms that both have a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Towels and bed linen are provided, as well as all the toiletries that you might need. It also has a direct path to our garden area where you can unwind, relax, and enjoy our property and the richness of our island. There is also a saltwater pool available for you where we provided more sunbeds and large patio umbrellas to allow you to rest in that area throughout the whole day. As you enjoy the pool area, you can also see the sunset and the sea and other islands. The owners were kind and courteous, checking in with us to ensure everything was ok. A few things to note, the property is divided into 2 units, with one bedroom accessible via steep stairs inside the main unit where the kitchen is located. The other bedroom is accessible just to the right as you exit the main unit. This is important if you have accessibility needs or are traveling with young children. There isn't really a common area to hang out except for the pool area. We made it work with pulling a few chairs around outside our unit. The pool and surrounding area was great, outfitted with a grill, sink and ice dispenser. We explored the town and walked to the top of the hill via a trail and found a restaurant (Alavia) with amazing views of the sea and Stari Gard. The restaurant in town was also amazing! If you appreciate history and quiet this place is for you.
