Beautifully maintained hotel and grounds!!! The pools were fantastic. They worked hard to serve a variety of different foods at the buffet everyday! The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful week here! Would definitely recommend!

Worst hotel I have been to so far...Service is extemely bad and slow...AC was not working 3 nights from my 7 nights i stayed there...The buffet was the same for 7 nights straight...extremely disappointed!!

An excellent hotel, but not quite 5 starts. Great views and excellent staff, but important to know that it caters to a Russian and German audience, which reflects on the food choices, entertainment available and the activities offered. Was very happy, but if I returned to Sahl Hasheesh would probably choose a hotel with a greater focus on UK visitors.

Nice hotel
It is a brand new hotel, so everything (all paint work, floor tiles, furniture, mattresses, sheets, towels, crockeries and cutleries) are new and very clean. However there are still somethings that are missing like a bin in the bedroom (they have 1 bin in the bathroom only). They don’t provide towels on the beach so people have to walk to get towels from those provided on the pool. There are no showers on the beach so we have to walk to the pool. The overall service is very good however there are very few staff members from the breakfast team and the housekeeping team that aren’t professional in the way they talk to guest. The reception staff, the dinner staff and all the management are very professional. The Brazilian restaurant is very nice (both food quality and service is excellent). The hotel has an alright animation team. All the food and beverages outlets are elegant. Food presentation and food variety are always excellent. Majority of the times food taste is excellent too but one of the nights the food taste wasn’t that good and shockingly that this night was supposed to be the most special night for the hotel and they call it the oriental night (which should be called the Egptian night), in this night the hotel put so much effort in preparation and moving all buffets and dining tables outside the main restaurant in the open air in the gardens around the pool. It really looks amazing and the variety of the food is massive but main courses didn’t taste great that night

The facility is new but we reserved all inclusive however the food was not good and we didnot use the all inclusive option and went to il guesto beach due to the service problem The facility is short staffed and poor service over the beach and pool The spa was very good The pool was not cleaned daily

L’hôtel est vraiment superbe et les chambres de luxe vue sur mer décorées avec goût et confortable Dommage que le service en chambre soit minimum au niveau du ménage et de l’entretien (rideaux qui tombent, portes serviettes qui se décrochent, ménage minimum : les décorations de lit se retrouvent en boule dans la table de chevet). Il ne m’a que pas grand chose pour que cela soit parfait. La restauration est très bien et variée. Beaucoup (trop ?) de monde dans le restaurant principal mais nous avons trouvé notre bonheur en allant régulièrement à l’italien beaucoup plus calme avec jne service chaleureux et impeccable (merci encore à toute l’équipe) Les parties communes et piscines sont très bien entretenues (malgré l’incivisme de certains)… bravo ! Et là aussi il y en a pour tous les goûts : fiesta ou calme. Ça pêche au niveau des services - club enfant non francophone avec des horaires 10-12:30 / 15-17 …. Quand il est ouvert. Bref aucune utilité pour nous du coup malheureusement - club de sports avec des machines out of servjce (velo) … - accueil du spa désagréable … qui pousse à la vente … ils viennent même te chercher au bord de la piscine. Dommage car d’autres clients m’ont confirmé qu’une fois cette barrière passe les soins étaient top. En conclusion un superbe hôtel avec des parties communes bien entretenues. Le cadre en bord de mer avec accès à un jardin de corail est top. Le personnel de piscine et restaurant sont vraiment sympas (coup de cœur pour le restau italien)

Personalen på Gravity är trevliga och hjälpsamma. Standard har gått nedåt sedan vi stannade här sist vad gäller all-inclusive utbudet och städning generellt på hela hotellet. Som det är för tillfället får man inte värde för vad man betalar som gäst.

Personalen och servicen på detta hotell är suveränt bra. Maten är varierande och väldigt god. Det finns alltid något att välja för alla. Rummet vi har är stort och luftigt, sköna sängar och kuddar. Tyvärr har rummet slitna detaljer t.ex. golv, lister etc. Städningen kunde vara mycket bättre. Covid-19 åtgärder kunde vara mycket bättre. De följer inte riktigt sina egna direktiv gällande Covid-19 t.ex. i restaurangen att gäster ska använda handdesinfektion och temperaturmätning innan man går in till restaurangen. Annars ett fantastiskt ställe om man vill ha lugn och ro.

Sehr schönes Hotel, ganz in der Nähe Quad, Pferde und Kamele. Direkt vor dem Hotel kann man wunderbar schnorcheln. Aufmerksames Personal, sauber. Nur das essen ist nicht sehr abwechslungsreih, aber trotzdem gut und es gibt eig immer iergendwo etwas zu essen. Unterhaltung am Abend auch gut

Das Pool war beheizt, die Zimmer sauber, eine große Auswahl zum essen war vorhanden, aber nicht überwältigend! Dennoch sehr gut!! Einzige Manko war das Personal! Freundlich aber teiweise überfordert. WLAN auf den Zimmer funktioniert mehr schlecht als Recht. Aber das liegt anscheinend an der Bandbreite. Zu später Stunde wenn viele Gäste schlafen gehen funktioniert das Wlan viel besser! Alles in allem, Preis Leistung kann man nicht meckern. Raunzen auf hohen Niveau.

Hotellet var super flot men havde en dårlig oplevelse med en tjener der mente at han skulle med på værelset fordi jeg havde smilet til ham. Hans overtjener havde sågar sagt okay til det da det normalt ikke er lovlig i Egypten. Ubehagelig oplevelse så kommer ikke tilbage til det hotel

Gravity è un discreto resort situato su una bellissima spiaggia con un bel lungomare da percorrere a piedi o in macchinina elettrica. Il resort è ancora in fase di costruzione dato che una parte degli alloggi non è stata ancora completata. Le piscine e la parte esterna erano completamente fruibili. La nostra stanza mostrava ancora i segni di recente realizzazione non del tutto eliminati come qualche schizzo di cemento a terra. Il personale del resort è stato veramente molto gentile ed a loro va uno speciale ringraziamento. Cibo nella media riterrei buono il rapporto complessivo qualità/prezzo. Da migliorare qualitativamente ed organizzativamente i servizi offerti relativamente alle escursioni nei luoghi turistici dell'Egitto. Inviterei a prendere in considerazione anche altre proposte esterne non limitandosi a quelle del resort.

Nous sommes arrivés dans cet hôtel avec ma femme après avoir fait un séjour au Caire et à Sharm El Sheikh. L’accueil était bof, pas un seul sourire et une façon de parler au client un peu limite. On a du attendre un petit moment avec des « welcoming juice » qu’on attend encore. On nous amène à notre chambre à l’autre bout du complex, très long chemin en compagnie d’un personnel du staff assez désagréable, il semblait avoir la flemme de nous expliquer le fonctionnement de l hôtel en all inclusive, en fait il semblait avoir la flemme d’être là tout court. Une fois arrivé dans la chambre/suite elle était sale (cheveux au sol, traces de pied sur le carrelage, TACHES JAUNE SUR LA CUVETTE, du sable plein le bac de douche) et beaucoup de chose en mauvais état ( poignée de porte cassée, carrelage cassé ...). Le lendemain matin réveil à 8h par le personnel qui voulait faire notre chambre, le soir à 21h une personne vient décrocher la télé du mur pour voir le numéro de serie et ne s’excuse même pas pour le dérangement. Au restaurant principal le personnel était non chaland, il est parfois difficile de trouver des tables disponibles et quand vous en trouvez une il est difficile d’avoir des couverts tellement le personnel ne vous calcule pas ou peu. L’ascenseur n’a pas fonctionné pendant 3 jours, nous étions au 4ème étage sur 6. La wifi ne fonctionne que dans la chambre, avec la télé ALLUMÉE et encore, très mauvaise connexion. Les extras du style billard, Ping Pong sont en mauvais état.

Das Gravity Sahl Hasheesh ist zu empfehlen für Urlauber, die eine entspannende Zeit in angenehmer Atmosphäre verbringen möchten und für die bauliche Details nicht wichtig sind. Das Hotel wurde während unseres Aufenthlats dort im Juli 2019 noch renoviert und stand kurz vor der offiziellen Eröffnung (Ein Aspekt, der uns von Expedia verschwiegen wurde.) Die ala carte Reastaurants verdienen den Namen (noch) ganz und gar nicht. 2 der Restaurants befanden sich im Aufbau und standen kurz vor der Eröffnung. Das Essen im Haupt-/ Bufet-Restaurant war gut, die Auswahl ausreichend groß. Allerdings hatten wir, wie viele andere Ägyptenurlauber in diesem Jahr auch, für 3 Tage leichte Magenprobpleme. Das Hotel ist sauber und das Personal zum größten Teil hervorragend, zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist fantastisch. Der Strand liegt direkt an einem Korallenriff. Die Korallen reichen teilweise bis an den Strand, weshalb man dort nur mit entsprechenden Schuhen ausegrüstet ins Wasser gehen sollte. Der begrenzte Schwimm- und Schnorchelbereich, ist über einen Steg, des benachbarten Hotels zu erreichen. Man sieht dafür, dass das Becken entsprechend voll ist überraschend viele Fische, Rochen und (mit etwas Glück) sogar Schildkröten. Vom Hotel aus kann man verschiedene Touren buchen u.a. Schnorchel-und Delfintouren, die für Anfänger durchaus spannend und lustig sind. zusammenfassend sind wir uns einig, dass wir einen entspannten und angenehmen Aufenthalt dort hatten,

new Hotel ,every detail is very well done ,Staff were very good ,helpful ,only the Reception Staff very bad ,they have no idea or give you the wrong information , restaurants ,bars and kitchen Staff are Perfect. do every thing to make your Holiday Great ,,Clean place in General and spacious Room. I booked junior suite which was Great there was no live TV and almost no Internet Connection all the Time.
