-The man/owner? at the counter was very nice. -Good location -Appreciated the fridge, microwave and coffee maker -Small attempts to upgrade the facility are being made -Lots of potential to be a quaint (retro) place to stay -The room was ice cold when we first arrived, so it was quite uncomfortable the first night. The heating system is old and inadequate for the size of the room -No continental breakfast as advertised
