Hotel was very clean and the room was as well. Just a short walk to a large shopping mall and many restaurants. We will definitely stay again when we are in the area.

The location was beautiful by the lake and was convenient to shopping and entertainment. Did not use the valet parking but self parking was not far nor was it inconvenient. The hotel put a $150 hold on our credit card for incidentals and did not release so I’ve had to call for a manual release; that shouldn’t have to happen.

Our room was nice however at night it got extremely loud from the other patrons. Our last night was unbearable

Shower gel was empty in shower, conditioner fell off the wall in shower when you tried to pump . Need more condiments with coffee

What I didn`t like about the Hotel is the Housekeeping I stayed 4 nights no one came to the room and cleaned, we had to call them 2 times and then we had to go to the front desk and have them call them to do it they did the sheets were off the bed they put the same sheet on I won`t stay there again

Great Stay Again
Love this hotel. This was our 2nd stay at this location and we were treated like special guest. Beds were decently comfortable, room was a nice size, lots of dogs but never were disturbed by barking.

Natasha , Tom, Jayden made my stay. Lost a of folks called in or no showed so this made for long wait or no service at all. I had to ask for housekeeping each day because no one came. The name Weston use to mean value and high end. Not anymore not at this location

Our bathroom toilet was clogged up and the odor was bad, and we did not use the bathroom, I was thinking they would switch us rooms but they never did.

We were greeted right away with a friendly smile! The room was perfect and roomy and the beds were great! The location was so fun with shopping right outside the gate of the hotel! We took advantage of the indoor pool and hot tub! We will come back to The Westin!

Beautiful property but needs remodeled/refurbished. Ive stayed at this property many times over the years while visiting family and this visit was discouraging. Was saddened and concerned to see mold in bathroom and shower. I took pictures and provided them to William Chace. Mr Chace said he would get back to me about refund after speaking with Travelocity. This was Aug 3, 2023, and after many emails to Mr Chace ive yet to hear back from him. I did reach out to another team member last week and now awaiting a call
