I had a nice stay at Fairfield Inn on Enterprise Way the people the staff and everyone was really nice the room was really clean and smelled fresh when I went in there I would recommend this hotel for someone looking somewhere quiet to stay and food options were endless they were everywhere restaurants so if I come back to Huntsville I will stay there again

Strange desk staff
Bed was super Comfortable and so were the pillows. Everything was clean. When checking out, the front desk lady acted unprofessional, rude, and strange! She said ladies and gentlemen and just looked at us and wouldn’t say anything else and just kept staring. It was the strangest thing. Everything was fine but that was a weird ending to our stay.

We checked in around 1:30 am. The gal behind the desk took forever to check us in....close to 20 minutes. I can understand if it had been busy. And then there were crumbs in our bed....sheets had never been changed. Told staff the next morning and they did nothing. Just an "oh well" attitude.

The air conditioner was leaking so the carpet was wet underneath it. But it did not hinder our stay. Also, the power went out for 6 hours due to thunderstorms and the emergency lighting in the hallways and stairwells only stayed on for about an hour. We had to use the flashlight on our phones to get around. Otherwise, the hotel was clean and staff was friendly.

Andrena was amazing.
Although it was disappointing that they had no vending machines and I had to bring in my own water….the service was amazing. Andrena at the front desk made everything better. Probably the nicest person I’ve ever met. She went out of her way to help me get some snacks from the kitchen when I had the munchies. I would stay there again just because of her.

Room was very clean and nice. Ladies at the front desk were very pleasant. Breakfast had good variety. Only problem was elevator went out and we had to use the stairs. That was ok though. Would definetly recommend this hotel to friends and would stay again if every in AL again.

The elevator stayed out of order and I was on the 3rd floor. Shower would not stop dripping, curtain was ripped, and the phone in my room did not work. Also, the central unit would not stop running.

Oh, where to start? Well I guess we’ll start with the fact that on our second night there I dropped my wedding band in the floor behind the bed and when I went to grab it I realized I had a personal pleasure device in my hand. Then after speaking to the front desk about it the man was nice to our faces about it, however after walking away from the desk for a few minutes to discuss what we wanted to do, we walked to the front desk to decide what we wanted to do upon approaching the desk we heard the customer service man commenting about us saying something about the situation to them. The next day I was outside smoking and a worker was talking to me and said “can you believe some couple brought a s** toy to the desk” when she realized that I was the lady she was referring to she seemed to be a little nicer. Then we had our room “cleaned” while we were out in town and when we came back to the room somebody had been just sitting on our bed watching tv. That same night after the room being “cleaned” we found blood patches on our fitted and flat sheets. Honestly I’ve never left a review this bad for anywhere but I’ve honestly never had this bad of an experience.

The hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The location is great, restaurants, shopping and Walmart are all within walking distance.
