This condo is located less than 3 blocks to the beach, 6 blocks to HB's Dog Beach (yes, we are pet friendly), 1 mile to Main Street and the Pier. Only 2 blocks to the local neighborhood market, and 2 blocks from a small strip of shops such as a coffee shop, restaurant, nail salon, taco shop, and more!

Did you know we are home to some of the most epic events? Surf competitions, 4th of July events, Air show, Marathons, Car shows, and more. All so very close to this condo! Not to mention a short drive to Disneyland, perfect location for the beach and Disneyland Vacation!

When you walk in the door you will be greeted by all the great features of this condo. The kitchen is fully stocked of supplies and everything you'll need to prepare quite the meal for your group! Oversized refrigerator and freezer, full range gas stovetop and oven, microwave, dishwasher, and more. Like coffee? We provide a coffee bar of supplies, with a keurig and espresso maker. Want to make cookies? Enjoy the modern kitchen aid mixer.

Make yourself comfortable on the cozy couch, and enjoy the relaxation feel and entertainment we provide. Turn on the 75"4K TV to watch basic channels, Netflix, Youtube, and more. Want to play video games? We have an XboxOne and PS4 with games for you. There is also a desk in the living room for your use if you have work to catch up on during your vacation. Want to play board games with the family? We have you covered. Don't feel like moving off the comfortable couch? We understand! This conveniently pulls out to a queen size bed as well!

In the bathrooms you will notice basic accessories to make your stay more care-free such as shampoos, qtips, hair dryer, curling iron, flat iron, and more. We truly think of everything to make this a high-end resort style feel experience.

The bedroom is large and accommodating. The comfortable Tempur-pedic king size bed is dressed with only the finest quality of sheets and pillows. Get cozy and relax in this welcoming, warm bedroom. (Twin rollaway located in closet, as well as a pack 'n play crib, and a safe).

Have laundry to do on your vacation? There is a laundry room located right next to the condo and works on app/quarters - we provide a starter kit of change and supplies.

Outside the front door you will have a little 2-seater patio set to enjoy your cup of coffee or the morning ocean breeze in a cute courtyard style setting.

Walk around to the garage space and you are provided one garage to park in or use for your beach accessories. We provide adult e-bikes (rentable w/ signed waiver), kids bikes (free w/ signed waiver), helmets, boogie boards, surf boards, sand toys (child friendly!), beach wagon, beach chairs, beach towels, cooler and more to make your beach experience a memorable one. You will also be provided with a designated parking spot on premises, and free street parking (beware of street sweeping signs) on the street next to the condo.

Guests will have access to the full condo, front patio space with a 2-seater table, garage with beach supplies/bikes, and designated parking space on premises w/ EV charger (FREE!)
Laundry is extra and located on property - next to the unit. We provide a starter kit of change and supplies.

Janine and the StellarStayz team want your vacation rental experience to be memorable and convenient. Keeping an up-to-date and sanitized/clean property is what is most important to us. Janine will be available 24/7 via phone, text, or messenger to answer any questions or concerns.
Janine takes the approach of being hands off on the property unless needed, so do not plan to visit with Janine in person during your stay (unless there is an issue that needs to be addressed) - we want you to feel like you have the home all to yourself!

Quiet, residential area but located on a street that can have occasional noise from cars or neighbors. 3-5 minute walk to the beach. Condo located in a 4-plex with attachment to one unit, however, walls are thicken and haven't had any issues with noise.

A lot of fun activities are all nearby such as beach volleyball, surfing, fishing, biking and of course swimming in the ocean. Plenty to do here with numerous events throughout the year, like the US Open of Surfing, Volleyball tournament’s, Airshows, 4th of July parades and fireworks.

Huntington Beach has plenty of public transportation options such as the Metro Bus, Uber, Lyft, and more.
This condo is centrally located - you can walk, bike, or drive just about anywhere!

*Minut - sound detection at high decibels - I will be notified and if it gets very loud you will be notified too (we cannot hear what is being said, just measured sound decibals)
*Smoke detector - I will be notified if there is smoking inside the condo ($200 fine)
*Exterior Cameras - at front door, facing the garages, facing the front of the building, facing the side of building, inside the garages - audio/video recordings in place for safety measures

*Kindly note that a refundable security deposit of $250, temporarily held as a pre-authorization on your credit card, will reflect during the week of your departure. This pre-authorization is not a charge and will be promptly released, provided no damages are claimed.*

*Special note during the COVID-19 Crisis:
Protecting each other’s health and safety is very important to us. We are doing our part in keeping our vacation rental as safe as possible to prevent any spread of any disease/illness. With the current concern over the coronavirus, we have taken further precautions. We have always made sure each room is clean and safe for the next guest and we will continue to do so.
