BONUS Den includes refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, table/chairs, futon couch, TV, retractable skylights and ceiling fan. Large double sink bathroom and Den are shared with one other guest, or private if other room is vacant. Hardwood floors throughout, air conditioning, access to kitchen, backyard/grill, washer/dryer in garage (detergent/dryer sheets included), beach cruiser bikes available to use for free, keyed lock on bedroom, regular professional cleaning every other week (and prior to guest arrivals). Not suitable for children/infants or pets. Cat lives here.
