I knew that there was a "NO Cancellation" but, I wasn't aware that I couldn't change my dates by just one day. I requested to change the dates from 29 June through 2 July to 30 June through 3 July. I contacted your people and they told me I had to contact the hotel. When I contacted the hotel they told me I had to contact you (third party payment line of garbage). I wasn't cancelling just moving my stay by one day. I don't appreciate being treated like a ping pong ball. BAD BUSINESS practices. I won't be staying at the Hampton anymore and am seriously considering using another reservation service. PS $75 a night for a pet is outrageous.
