There was no hot water in the shower. We informed the hotel and they said they would send someone but no one came. We got tired of waiting so we checked out without having a shower. Because we booked through Expedia the hotel said they couldn’t do anything about our bill. They said they will look into it and maybe give us some Hilton Honors points. However, they have not called back like they said they would.

Fantastic. Much better than expected. Clearly a relatively new hotel with exceptional facilities. The staff were friendly and accomodating, and the restaurant was both reasonably priced and serviced up a delicious meal. The cocktail bar upstairs isn't to my taste aesthetically speaking, but the G&T's were only surpassed by the bartenders knowledge of the drinks.

The bathroom was lovely and spacious with great lighting.
