Comfortable and clean. Facilities are ok. The food quality in Chinese and Japanese restaurants are good. However the overall services particularly front desk, guest service and the restaurants are far below standard of what a 5 star hotel should provide. The staff is not well-trained and some of them are even rude and careless. I stay a week in this hotel and was very disappointed.

What a beautiful hotel! Everything about the hotel was wonderful. The dining room in the lobby was nicely decorated and the meals were excellent. I ate in the Japanese restaurant one night and what a wonderful experience that was. The hotel staff was very professional and courteous. I enjoyed my stay at Crowne Plaza Huizhou very much.
Hotel feels a little tired but is still comfortable. It does not have a lot around it that is walkable and the hotel shuttle finishes at 6pm. Staff friendly but do not get much westerners visiting so English is not as strong as Shenzhen city centre hotels
I like the a/c control. I can set it at temperature where I am comfortable. Having ball pens available would be nice. And a house phone at the lobby would be great, allowing calls that can be made to a guest without bothering the front desk.
Luxury and comfortable. There's a walk-in wardrobe in the room! Couldn't ask for more at the price i paid. Staff at check in counter was friendly and helpful. There was nothing much to explore around the hotel. For example, i don't see breakfast places around the hotel. Having said that, i was there for only one night, didn't have the time to really explore the neighbourhood. I'm sure it's not difficult to get a cab to go to places. Had lunch at the hotel's chinese restaurant. Food was good.
We reserved for a non-smoking room but it turned out that the room was a smoking room! It took serveral hours to change the room for us.
The hotel provides free shuttle service to a shopping mall but it turned out that the scheduled bus was cancelled. Though the hotel called a taxi for us and paid for it, it caused us some inconvenience.
This is one of the nicest hotels in the world. Exceptional place, however, there is absolutely Nothing to do in the area. Especially as a westerner. The staff speaks fairly good English though
Very nice place to stay if you in Hui Zhou, very clean and quiet, hotel staffs super friendly and helpful, definitely recommend to others; hotel located in a quiet neighborhood but very easy access to public transportation, you can had hotel staffs help call taxi, not expensive to get to downtown of Hui Zhou, usually around ¥20

Good for my trip
The location is not right in the downtown of Huizhou so you have to pretty much stay in the hotel instead of walk around on the street however the hotel itself is very self-contained so nothing to complain here. Lots of business travelers choosing this hotel including myself here I guess
excellent facilities, loved my stay. only one minor thing, a bit out of the way. but nothing a 10 min taxi ride can't fix. I will definitely stay again next time I'm in Hui Zhou.

Having been staying at this hotel, their overall service proves to be of top quality. As to the quality of breakfast, not as good as before. I have on 7/26 expressed this issue to Fiona Yin, the Hotel Ambassador.
