"What I liked: Very spacious, clean and quiet guesthouse! Very tastefully designed and the whole decor of the place was beautiful. There are lifts in the building too for you to use if you have heavy luggage. Also felt very safe as there was surveillance cameras inside and outside the building. "If you see it as a hotel, it's quite good! Not far from Yi Lan University (Quite lively) and stands quietly among farms. No breakfast and rush you to check out due to the busy bookings. Couldn't get any relaxation if you think you're stay in a residential accommodation. Staff / Owner was polite, room was clean & tidy. Nothing to complain! Will definitely visit again."

"Lin is a very friendly front office worker (owner), who speaks excellent English and gave a detailed welcome tour of the cold spring. Lin also provides extra towels and a pillow as requested. The hotel floors are brand new and rooms have good AC. The cold spring bath was clean and we really enjoyed it. Amazing value too!"

"Huge, clean room with a great view of the city and mountains. The lights at night were particularly beautiful. Delicious breakfast in the morning that had a good amount of local dishes that shouldn’t be missed. Quick Uber ride to Luodong Night Market that has to be a stop during your time here. Loved the hotel. Will definitely stay again when I come back to Yilan. "

"Highly recommended! I really like the design of the room, and the well design of the common area. Unlimited welcome drinks (tea, wine, ect) and snacks (cookies, cake, etc). Staff are very helpful, my son had nose bleeding in the lobby, they helped out right away, and sent an ice pack to us. Just the view of the hot spring in the balcony got blocked a bit (I think it is a security reason) and the bathroom sink is a bit limited. Also, the price is very beautiful, about $200+/night! "
