Ice machines not working on any floor... Pillows and sheets smelled like dirty socks but looked clean. (dog smell?). Cleaning staff was polite and changed pillow cases/bedding. Helpful and friendly/efficient restaurant staff (Xiaoli) and Front Desk staff (B'leana)

Bed was comfy, the room was soundproofed and the staff was so nice. I loved the valet and bellhop service as soon as you pull up and how pet friendly the hotel is with a little doggy potty area right outside the hotel. Room service food was delish!!

We were disappointed with our stay. The hotel is two separate buildings and we were in the one in the back. The door to the building was not locked so anyone could walk through. The hallways weren’t clean and the building had a weird smell. Don’t let the pictures fool you. The patio area between the two buildings was not anywhere I would want to spend time.
