Le logement est très fonctionnel. La disposition des pièces est idéale et il est parfaitement équipé (vaisselle, électroménager, literie…). L’appartement est plutôt bien insonorisé comparé à d’autres logements testés dans les stations de ski. Proche de toutes les commodités (avenue des jeux à deux pas).
