The hotel booked two different youth groups at the hotel..same night. Too much noise..late at night. Staff was unresponsive. I almost called police due to excessive noise. By 11:30 things quieted down..but earlier, doors were slammed, kids ran the hallways, and general noise from music, laughter, and chatter was overwhelming.

Really good hotel and well located. Some noisy group in hotel during our stay but quietened at midnight. Really nice large room but small bathroom. Great to have walk in shower.

Lovely stop over
A one night stop over again. Stayed here a couple of years ago and was very satisfied and the same this time. Friendly & pleasant staff, nice size comfortable bedroom. Ideal location & on site parking with direct access by elevator to hotel reception or rooms. Pleasant bar and good value breakfast.

Let down by a miniscule bathroom.
The hotel is perfectly located for exploring Jaca only minutes walk from everything. The room was clean and spacious but not very well laid out, but the biggest let down was the miniscule and I mean miniscule bathroom.

Spacious room with great view
Spacious room with a great view of the mountains. Secure underground parking was free which is always a bonus!

Overnight in Jaca
Hotel Oroel is in a great location within walking distance of the Ciudadela and center of Jaca. Our room was clean and the bathroom had all the usual amenities. The beds were very comfortable. The staff at reception was helpful and professional. Breakfast was a bit of a disappointment. The buffet was sparse and didn't look very fresh. We could have spent less than 9,95€ pp elsewhere and eaten better. In addition, the renovation of the cafeteria right next to the dining room meant that our quiet breakfast was interrupted by drilling and construction noise. This will be finished soon, no doubt, but for us it was very unpleasant. Overall, the hotel is a good choice for a short stay and visit to Jaca.

Good location hotel
Good location hotel but not quite a 4-Star hotel standard probably because of its age. The hotel reception was also not too impressive. But for the price we paid, we can’t expect too much. The room is clean and spacious which is most important for us. It is also just a short walk to the city centre. Parking is also not a problem, either free roadside parking or at a nearby free tourist parking area. Parking is also available at hotel for a fee.

A Couple of nights away
Superb hotel. Walking distance to the centre of Jaca. Easy parking. Really friendly receptionist. Large bedroom with really comfy bed and pillows. Superb swimming pool

Great hotel in super location.
We only stayed 1 night but we will stay there again. The hotel is very well situated and the secure parking meant a stress free stay. The staff are very helpful and pleasant. The room was very spacious and comfortable with a lovely balcony. Having a bath with shower was a luxury. Excellent value for money.

Penthouse room!!!! What a disappointment.
We booked a penthouse room with a balcony for a birthday celebration with friends, how embarrassed were we to find that when we got there we were given the cheapest "attic" rooms with NO balcony! Hotel.com your room descriptions need changing this is deception.

Service is everything
Lovely clean hotel, in very nice part of Jaca. Room spacious with desk, settee, mini-bar. Didn't have a room with balcony as shown on booking as were on 7 th floor, but had large Velux windows with a good view of town and mountains. Hotel only let down by poor service. Hotel receptionist was less than friendly; when we asked if we would be able to get breakfast in the morning, we were told in a disparaging way "not for that price". Of course we knew that the price was room only. In the morning we went into the coffee shop for breakfast, but no staff appeared even though it was open, so we left and went to a cafe across the road.

Good hotel on all fronts: clean, maintained well, modern, and close to old town Jaca with plenty of cafes and restaurants. Also good location to access Spanish ski areas or a beautiful drive over the Pyrenees to France (25 miles or so via Formigal ski area).
