Comfortable apartment in a great location.
We (a couple) stayed here in February/March. Cesar (and family) met us on arrival at the property and were available (by phone) throughout the holiday. They were very helpful both before and during our stay. The apartment is in a great position overlooking the sea and catching the afternoon and evening sun even at this time of year. The gardens open out onto the beach which is 25kms long and which was virtually deserted. Fantastic for a winter getaway. The apartment is very clean and well stocked and the bedroom and balcony are particularly spacious. There is a designated space in the underground carpark which would be a real bonus in the busy summer months. Islantilla is very, very quiet at this time of year, but there are a few local restaurants open (Pavarotti, Bahia and Mirador) and several more a 20 minute walk away in La Antilla (La Fonda is good value). There is also a large supermarket nearby. A great apartment for a winter break.

Superbes vacances au soleil
Beaucoup d avantages pour les familles avec enfants en bas âge. Accès facile et rapide aux baignades, aux jeux mais aussi aux commerces. L appartement est très propre et bien agencé il y a un service de concierge très disponible de jour où de nuit. Nous avons eu une panne de machine à laver le linge, il a été remplacé à neuf en deux jours. Pour nous le seul point négatif était le bruit dans les couloirs le soir entre 22h et 1 à 2h.

Vacaciones en junio estupendas
Un alojamiento bonito, cuidado, con todo lo necesario.Buena comunicacion con el propietario. Se agradece tener aparcamiento incluido, porque la zona esta muy concurrida y tiene parkimetros. Muy buen residencial, piscina, playa, vecinos, zona comercial, restauracion y de ocio muy cerca. Zona tranquila sin ruidos ni molestias. Totalmente recomendable para pasar unos dias solo o en familia.
