We so enjoyed our stay at the Alba. Impeccable service from friendly & professional staff. A clean & comfortable room. Many eateries within walking distance. The ground floor cafe was great for a quick coffee/drink as well. Will book again when we're next in Hue.

Staff was simply amazing, very helpful and nice. Rooms are very clean and overall the hotel is very well maintained. The location is really good, you are about 7-10 mins walking distance from the citadel. Highly recommend

Very comfortable hotel with a good range of breakfast options. About a 10-15 minute walk to the main tourist area of shops and restaurants but we were grateful for this as it was quiet. About a 10 minute walk to the citadel. Would stay again.

Nice hotel
We stayed for 3 nights it was a nice hotel and In very good condition. The location of the hotel was about 15/20 minute walk from the main bars and restaurants but close to the citadel and other more local places. We didn't have breakfast included in our deal but had breakfast at the hotel once. It was expensive for what you get but fine. Overall a good hotel.

Excellent staff and pleasant stay
The receptionist spoke very fluent English and they were very knowledgable on the sights in Hue. They provided excellent advice on the transport, and ensured that we had a smooth and pleasant sightseeing time! They even gave us a specially printed out map for us to navigate the Hue sights.

Walking distance of main points, great room, good breakfast. If your priority is to explore Hué, then Alba is a good choice.

Hotel was ok. Not much going on in the area. Hard to find restaurants and any nightlife. Front desk person Me. Nguyen person was fantastic. Both helpful and knowledgeable. Soap container broke in the shower and we got charged for an accident. Breakable glass in a shower should not ever be charged to a guest. Cut my foot and hand cleaning up the glass! I am not a happy customer and consider the charge petty.

Lovely hotel, lovely staff.
Best hotel I have stayed in Vietnam. Deluxe Room 203 is outstanding with large living area, great bathroom, nice balcony to watch people go by after a days sightseeing. So comfortable to sleep in too. A small walk to nice restaurants and busy bar area. Breakfast was nice and staff were really lovely too. I can hardly fault it and I'm a harsh reviewer too. Top marks for a top hotel - Alba fitted so well for this Scottish traveller.

The staff was very attractive from the time I arrived and associated us in our train tickets to Hanoi. The room was comfortable and breakfast was good. The citadel is walking distance from the hotel, it's about 10 minutes away. The tourist are of Hue is about a 5 minutes walk.

Good Quality for Value in Hue
Our Hotel Alba experience was good. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful with local recommendations, arranging day tours, etc. Our room was very clean, quiet and spacious. Breakfast was a bit disappointing. The buffet was not available during our stay, but staff was good about offering us american or english breakfast with one drink. The area is very convenient for food and getting a taste of the local culture. Overall, we wnjoyed our stay here.

De los mejores hoteles de Vietnam.
Ya solo entrar por la puerta notas que este hotel és de lo mejor que hay. El personal te recibe con una amabilidad inmejorable y te dan una bebida de bienvenida. La habitación (y todas las instalaciones en general) estan nuevas y limpias. Nuestra habitación en concreto era grande, camas cómodas y con el baño reformado y con todas las comodidades. La situación del hotel no era mala, a 10 minutos de la zona de restaurantes de Hue y a un paseo de la ciudadela, en una zona tranquila y segura. Volveria sin duda!

越南的三星飯店, 以這個價位來說算是不錯的飯店, 飯店清潔算到位, 服務人員也很有禮貌, 隔音很差, 房門鎖是喇叭鎖, 房間偏暗, 不過考量到價格, 這些都算是在意料之內, 附近就是越南當地的市場, 買菜很方便, 也有當地的小吃店, 走路7分鐘可以到VINCOM

ホテルの対応にとても助けられました。
新型肺炎の影響で飛行機やバスの予定が変更になる中、最後の移動が未定のまま、フエに着きましたが、ダナンまでのベストなバスを用意してくれました。英語が全く話せないので苦労を掛けましたが、対応は完璧でした。

先ず、タオルの種類が少ない。バスタオルだけでファイスタオルもハンドタオルも置いていない。シャワーの水温調整が不良。コールしたら直ぐ修理してくれたが。シャワーのスタイルもドア無しノフラット型で 使いにくい。スタッフが皆若く、仕事の知識に乏しい。人柄はよいが。
