"The pool was small and I felt like it was not clean. Kids couldn’t even see under water with their goggles. There were a lot of kids running around without parents and we had several knocks on our door from kids messing around. We did call down to the front desk and they sent security up immediately. So that was a plus! Employees were very attentive. "

"Had a great stay at this well-used but very comfortable apartment in a fantastic location near Old Town and easy access to downtown Chicago. The neighborhood felt safe and walkable, and having a dedicated garage spot was a huge plus. The space itself is older and shows some wear, but everything we needed was there and the layout worked well for our trip. The only downsides were that the main living room rug could have used a deeper clean and the bathrooms were just okay rather than spotless, though this didn’t significantly affect our overall experience. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider booking again for the location and parking convenience alone! Recommended "

"The front staff was amazing. Very helpful every time I call for housekeeping, the front staff took care of my needs personally. The bed was comfortable. The room was small but it is Chicago and an older building. They rehabbed it nicely. It is a very cute hotel. I would definitely stay here again. They just need to vacuum the hallways. "
