"Great location, pleasant staff"

"I had a lovely complimentary upgrade to a superior room. Just not superior enough. No nespresso machine just sachets of Nescafé and a gritty kettle. No hairdryer until I had to ask for one. No peppermint tea in the entire hotel?! The room was lovey and big, huge comfy bed but lacked important details such as decent coffee making facilities! "

"The hotel is well located. Uptodate and clean. Was abit disappointed with hotel requests, as requested an iron and was told it had to be collected from reception. For the standard of hotel, i would have expected it to be dropped off outside the room. Overall, nice stay. "

"Terrible beds"

"For the most part the staff were very helpful. I didn't the service received at the front desk/Reception area. I feel since they the first line of service at the hotel, it sets the tone of one's stay at the hotel. Unfortunately as result of that, I have no intentions of returning to the hotel."

"Dated rooms which could use some repainting etc. No main room light, only lamps which meant the room was quite dark. Thin walls meant that music and other activities in other rooms were audible. No room safe, no iron or ironing board (unsure if this would have been available on request). However, the staff were nice and the bed was comfy enough. The hotel was competitively priced but i’d recommend it solely for its location."

"It was good stay comfortable neet and clean but there is some things they can do better if you can sleep in 16degree temperatures in summer it’s good for you because you can’t open window , and can’t set the temperature below than that ….breakfast was fair fair not so good…"
