The owner lives right across the street so he is there if you need anything but never once made us feel as if we were being watched. I have stayed elsewhere where we felt as if the owner watched us the entire stay. This was not the case here! We had a great time. If I had to be picky and complain about something I would say it can get a little warm in the cabins with no ac but it was over 90 our entire stay. Also, the parking is very limited. ##### Lisa H. Definitely a bargain for the price. John, the owner was very friendly and helpful. He took care of a minor issue of a loose bolt on the dock ladder very quickly and even notified me of a something I left at a local merchant midweek when he saw it on a community FB site.
