Fabulous hotel in Huahin. Friendly helpful staff, quiet location but close to night market and 20 minute walk to the beach. Two lovely pools. The breakfast is first class. Love staying here.

Don't assume that you will be near the beach
I find the property photo’s a little misleading. Every photo shows the ocean and an infinity pool, however the property is divided into two zones. Half the property on near the beach and the other side of the property is across the road, inland ‘sand side’ and nowhere near the beach. The affordable accommodation is on the ‘sand side’. This boutique hotel is not suitable for people with mobility issues or people who hate stairs as there is a ridiculous amount of stairs everywhere The room, although spacious is very poorly designed. The bed is large and comfortable, however there are no bedside tables? The bed is positioned half a meter away from the wall, so unless you have really long arms you are unable to turn off the lights or put anything on the ledge as you can’t reach anything from your bed and there is no bedside tables except for the ledge that you can’t reach from your bed? On the positive side the air conditioning worked really well and the bed was really comfortable. The bedsheets have seen better days and the bath towels were really ratty. The black out curtains no longer block out the sun, may I suggest you bring a eye mask with you. The bathroom is very small and pokey, and the wash basin is situated outside the bathroom and part of the actual living/bedroom, probably as there was no room to put on in the actual bathroom. The hotel does not recognise Hotels.com Gold membership, does not acknowledge or upgrade which is disappointing.

Such a great stay at a beautiful hotel. Gorgeous large room by the pool with everything you could want (except an iron!). I couldn’t get the tv to let me screen mirror so my only thing would be it’d be great to have Netflix or similar on the tv rather than just news channels. There is a vegetarian menu available at the beach restaurant so it’s be great to see these items in the room service menu. But I’m really nitpicking! The pools were beautiful & calm, the staff were lovely, the hotels in great condition & the spa & gym facilities were great.

Beautiful upscale hotel in Hua Hin
This is a lovely resort in Hua Hin. It has 3 beautiful pools on large lush grounds. Service was excellent. Food and drink were fantastic - not cheap - but not shocking for a luxury hotel like this. Highly recommended.

We stayed at the resort with our five month old son and the hotel provided a crib, as well as baby shampoo, lotion and baby powder. We stayed in a Sansky Deluxe Room, which has a sitting room area, as well as the usual bedroom and bathroom. The bed was large and comfortable (medium softness) and there was a large selection of pillows to choose from to get the perfect hard/softness. The bathroom featured a rainhead shower and a tub, which was very convenient with the baby. The entire suite was full of natural light, with large windows and even a skylight (opaque) in the bathroom. This added to the feeling of comfort in the room. There was also a small balcony and, for the ground floor units, a large daybed with umbrella just outside the door. The hotel is centrally located - just a short walk from the night market - and on the beach. It has three swimming pools, so there is never a danger of an overcrowded pool. It also has a volleyball court, two restaurants and a bar and the food in both restaurants is excellent! The breakfast buffet includes not only a mix of Thai and international hot dishes but pastries, fruit, yoghurt, muesli, cereal, and a made to order egg station. Because of COVID, at the moment one will be asked at which time one will eat breakfast so that the hotel can have the appropriate social distancing. Also, it is best to make a reservation for dinner, as it is quite popular.

If you travel with children 3 years old up, please ignore this hotel because they will charge you 200 baht for breakfast/child. Love this hotel. Absolutely fantastic. The staff are amazing and so friendly. Beautiful rooms and pool. The breakfasts are delicious. Have stayed here a few times. Love it. Just very sad during the current crisis..we missed out on 4 nights as the British foreign office advised all British nationals to come home. It would have been nice if the hotel could have issued us with a voucher to use the nights we were unable to stay when we return. But this wasn’t possible. We will be back and highly recommend this oasis in Huahin. Wishing all the lovely staff all the best and hope you can get back to normal soon. Please stay open!

Awesome environment but spotty service
Natural, bright, earthy, smart design throughout. Immediately started taking photos and anticipating “what’s next”. Generous with space and thoughtfulness in every corner of the room and grounds. Architecture’s big glass doors and large upper floor terrace/deck surround the pool on three sides masterfully and discreetly encouraging a sense community- never felt crowded or invasive. Fantastic breakfast. Room to roam- flow and movement throughout the grounds from ocean front to garden hedges convey sense of serenity, reflectiveness, beauty and ease. Downside was the service in spots. The Seaside restaurant lacked vibe and energy from service to music. More can be done there. When we showed up staff seemed suspicious, reluctant to engage with friendly tone. No Instructions on reserving seats was given at the front desk. And twice when desired seating opens up staff do not offer it up. At dinner-Me: “you said those lounges were reserved but they have been empty the whole time.” Response “yes the customers wanted to be seated somewhere else”.. how nice if we got “sir would like to move to the forward seating area it’s available if wish to be re-seated?” Also I twice asked about how to get transportation to Suvarnabhumi but the information fell short on the day with new information and inaccuracies. Better to receive some anticipation on the part of staff offering clarity in terms of timing, advanced booking and alternatives so that guest is well informed and can plan..

Hotel is separate between road and seaside.
Big disapointment when arriving at the hotel to see that the main part of the hotel is located on one side of a very busy road and the beach side ob the other side of that road. Our bedroom was quiet and comfortable, breakfast excellent, pools very nice. I wish it can be clealy indicated in the websites that the hotel is shared in 2 parts. Not pleasant to have to cross a busy road and no guard of hotel to help you to cross.

Highly recommend for pool or beach lounge lizards!
Great location - close enough to walk to beach, markets etc but tucked away from any noise. Lovely pools and the beachside restaurant was very good. Just be aware the resort is divided into 2 sections: one beachfront, the other across the road. Whichever side you choose - the rooms are perfect for a week in Hua Hin. And the staff can not do too much for you.

The location was great, excellent services and very thoughtful staffs. Special thanks to oh and fon from front desk. They are very helpful and provide really good services. Only set back is the resort is separated by a road and the pool is small.

Brilliant hotel. Beach disappointing - lots of litter including broken bottles.
