stilvolles Hotel im engl. Stil

Pros: die stilvolle Atmosphaere und die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter
Cons: In der Ville muesste es sitzgelegenheiten geben und die Veranda Jucuzzi muesste ueberdacht sein. Fuer Teetrinker beim Fruestueck mehr Auswahl
Location: man kann alles zu Fuss errreichen
wir waren fuer 3 Naechte im Gran Central. Es war nicht der erste Aufenthalt dort. Die Atmosphaere hat bis heute nicht gelitten. Der Empfangsbereich ist stilvoll eingerichtet und auch der Fruehstueckraums ist sehr stilvoll. Das Bueffet hat fuer Teetrinker einen Mangel. leider gibt es hier nur Teebeutel. 2 Beutel in einer grossen kann. leider ist das etwas zuwenig. Wir buchten eine Villa und muessen sagen, dass im Vergleich zu den Zimmern die einrichtung nicht ausreicht. Es gibt keine Moeglichkeit im Zimmer zu sitzen also muss man, wenn man im Zimmer sitzen will das Bett nutzen. Swimmingpool ist gut und auch der Service ist double plus.

憧れのセンタラグランド

Pros: 建物のクラシックさ。
Cons: バスの排水がよくないこと。
Location: ホアヒンの中心部なので食事ところはたくさんあります。ソン・ムー・ジョームの鍋、カフェクラブのランチ、マーケットビレッジ内のフードコート等々。クライカンウォン宮殿がNGだったのでマルカタイヤワン宮殿に行きました。お勧めです。
昨年9月と今年の1月に2回のホアヒンーヒルトンに滞在しましたが、今回は憧れのセンタラに宿泊してみました。 やはり口コミの通りのリゾートホテルでした。3泊でしたがおかげさまでまったりとできました。 海岸寄りと大きいプールの2か所で読書と日光浴三昧でまったりしました。 朝食付きデラックスルームでしたが夫婦では十分でした。 スタッフの皆さんもとてもいい笑顔でゆっくりできました。 由緒のある古いホテルなのでバスの排水が遅く汚れが上がってきたのが唯一残念ですがこれもまたいい思い出です。 一泊目夕方弱いスコールで停電になりましたがすぐ復旧しましたのもいい思い出です。 また是非滞在したいホテルになりました。 あまり英語ができずフロントの皆さんにご迷惑をおかけしましたが本当にありがとうございました。

Went for a Golf Outing

Pros: Service, comfort, ease of access.
Cons: Not much could improve the hotel. It is new, and there appears to be few problems.
Location: The hotel is in an out of the way area. It is not central to any shopping or dining. Transportation to those areas would not be difficult.
The hotel is easy to get to. We went there to play some golf and see some sights. The only negative was that the Wok & Grill Restaurant did not have any chicken. I understand that area of Thailand is famous for their grilled chicken. Also, strange that they would be out of chicken. Still the food we ordered was good.

Pros: สระว่ายน้ำ สถานที่กว้างๆ โล่งๆ ติดชายหาดยาวๆ
ที่จอดรถสะดวก สถานที่กว้าง สวนสวย สระว่ายน้ำก็โอเค ติดทะเลเดินเล่นได้ แม้ห้องจะเก่า แต่ดูสะอาด ต้อนรับดีมาก

Perfekte Entspannung, leider absolut überteuert

Pros: Der Garten, das Frühstück, das Bett
Cons: Die Klimaanlage ist recht altersschwach. Man muss "Überkühlen um die Feuchtigkeit aus dem Raum zu kriegen.
Location: Das Hotel ist absolut zentral. Man kann alles zu Fuß erkunden. Gute, seriöse Ausflugsangebote gibt es genug, aber nicht vom Hotel...zu teuer!!!
Das Hotel ist ein Paradies im Kolonialstil. Absolut zentral gelegen...und das ist auch gut so. Getränke und Essen im Hotel sind absolut überteuert!. Außerhalb des Hotels liegen die Preise bei ausgezeichneter Qualität bei einem Fünftel!!! des Hotelpreises. Ein Tag am Pool im Hotel kann für deutsche Normalfamilie mit Kindern schnell zum finanziellen Horrortrip werden. Gut, dass der Zugang zum öffentlichen Strand mit Thai-Preisen direkt nebenan ist. Ein Hotel für alle, die sich mal etwas besonderes leisten wollen und dann auch nicht immer auf den Euro schauen. Die sehr zentrale Lage und trotzdem absolut ruhig entschuldigt dann alles. Gute Restaurants und viele Bars mit toller Live-Music findet man direkt in den Nebenstraßen. Die Minibar sollte man direkt bei Ankunft leeren und mit den Dingen füllen, die man für "kleines" Geld im Supermarkt kaufen kann. Buchen sollte man auf jeden Fall mit Frühstück. Das ist ein absolutes Erlebnis und sein Geld Wert. Dafür kann man das Spa vergessen. Es gibt genügend sehr gute und seriöse Thai Massagen in unmittelbarer Nähe des Hotels.Unter dem Strich ein absoltes Erlebnis

Cons: マンゴが無かったので残念でした。
ホテルはとても素敵です。センスも良いし。 ただ、なんとなく、スタッフの方がたが、ハッピーでは無いという 印象がありました。

An oasis in Hua Hin

Hua Hin is an authentic but long since over developed beach side community. Can not say I would go to Hua Hin ever again but centara was built for a king and if you never left the compound you would do well to enjoy the luxurious surroundings. That said like all resorts some rooms will suite your preference as to over look and views. So be choosy and select a room that suites your personal choice. Great staff great rooms true luxury.

Ruined my Holiday

Very disappointing stay. At check in, I was upgraded to the Club room. Then I was told I needed to pay more since my children were 13 and 15, and were considered adults. Since I booked through hotels.com and not directly with the hotel, they said my rate (which was extremely high already) did not reflect my younger child as an adult. I showed them my booking form which clearly reflected their ages. They argued that I owed more money because my child was 13. I explained that the rate I was quoted should reflect adult prices since I listed my children's ages. They insisted hotels.com was wrong and I owed more money. I finally told them that I would not have stayed there if I knew they were going to charge me even more. Eventually the assistant manager stated they would give me the rate booked, but I would only get 2 free breakfasts and not 3. The next morning my son and I go to breakfast and I was told that breakfast was not included. When I explained I was told I was upgraded to the Club room and 2 breakfasts were included not 3, as there were 3 in our party, I was told that I "misunderstood". The hotel really seemed to be trying to get more money from me any way they could. This really ruined our entire time there. I was so disgusted at their customer service that I will never stay here again.

Centara Grand Hotel & Resort i HuaHin är ett mycket trevlig hotell för fullständig avkoppling och relax. Trevlig personal med bra service, närhet till strand och ett fint parkområde gör att man vill komma tillbaka igen och igen.
